NEXT STEPS
Register Your Team
All teams registering must have qualified, provide two officials, and bring a functional buzzer set.
Don't forget to have the waiver signed for all quizzers and officials under age 18.
Register for Training Classes
Coaches, pastors, and kids can register for unique training classes that will help them grow in their understanding of JBQ and how to reach people for Christ! Classes are an additional cost and are available on Thursday, June 12.
Meals
While individual orders are allowed, we strongly encourage each team’s coach or coordinator to submit a single, combined order for all participants.

Thursday Lunch — $15 (Optional Training Day)

BBQ pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, corn on the cob, and a drink.

Friday Lunch — $10 or $12

Chick-fil-A sandwich ($10) or salad ($12), chips, fruit or cookie, and water.

Sandwich (ham, turkey, or veggie option) or salad bowl, chips, cookie, and water.

Sign Waivers
Fill out your waivers online before getting to the Festival. All quizzers and officials 17 years of age and under need to have a waiver completed. You cannot quiz without those release forms filled out.
Book Your Hotel
We are once again this year utilizing Exceptional Hospitality Solutions with Director Shaun Gleason for our hotel needs.
While striving to best serve you and facilitate your needs, which includes providing the best hotels at the lowest available rates, we have been working hard to set up hotels. The hotels that have been reserved will provide the National JBQ Festival with potential complimentary rooms for the Festival staff. Please take advantage of these hotels to help us limit our expenses and in turn keep the registration fee as low as possible.
In anticipation of your team once again qualifying for the Festival, please contact Shaun with your anticipated needs. This will allow you to plan early and have more options. He will do his best to accommodate special requests regarding your room.

T-Shirts
National JBQ Shirts themed to celebrate America's 250th birthday are available for purchase when registering your team.

After May 13, shirts will be sold onsite in June as available for $30 and $35.
Team Photo Orders
New this year, teams can order digital copies of team and large group photos. Use the button below to purchase a copy of you teams' digital photo ($20), the large group photo of everyone attending the JBQ National Festival ($20), or both for $30.
Schedule Your Team Photos
Each team will need to schedule their 2 minute window on Thursday, June 11 to take their team photo between 3-6:20 p.m. This picture will be used for your team plaque and the digital version is available for purchase. Use the button below to schedule.
Individual Quizzing Tournament
New this year, kids can enter into an Individual Tournament open to any child participating in 1st through 6th grade. For more details, check out the "New In 2026" page. You can register with the button below.
